We host a custom skin for the Harpoon that was made by Micketh. The harpoon is the grappling hook in the Capture the Flag and Power2 mods.
The files are in a pak2 file and just need to be extracted/unzipped to your kingpin/ctf and/or kingpin/power2 folders.

Kingpin is on sale at Steam for $4.99 US. until 30th November, as part of their Autumn sale.
Unfortunately the Steam button for Kingpin wont show up if it is banned in your country, such as Germany.

You need client files to play this mod. The client files include the files needed to play plus all the Power2 maps.
You can download the client files from here.
Just exract/unzip the files to your kingpin folder.
Please note that you can download the client files from the Newskool Power2 server but that will take time and then you will have to download every map that loads. So it's best to just download the client files from here.
Power2 is a team based capture and hold mod like the Domination mod in the original Unreal Tournament. Each map contains three control points which the two teams (Warriors and Rogues) must control to gain points and win the round.
So come along on Thursday and have a game of this mod with us :)

Captain Death has released version 3 of his Kingpin Multi Patcher utility.
It contains 14 patches for the Kingpin retail (CD), GOG, and Desura versions.
The zipfile contains a comprehensive readme but if you visit Captain Death's website there is a page dedicated to the multi patcher and explains each of the patches and offers a download link.

AB|Jones has released an updated version of his Team Foozball Bagman map (team_fo0zball.bsp).
The team textures have been changed slightly, pistol mods have been added and a small bug fixed.

I have created levelshots for many more maps and updated the levelshots zipfile. I have concentrated on maps that are currently rotating on servers and that didn't have a levelshot already.
In case you don't know levelshots are the pictures you see when you vote for a map on the map voting screen at the end of the current map in multiplayer on most servers.

We have been lucky with the recent release of several good Bagman maps by Killa and AB|Jones. Here is another great addition to the list.
Team Foozball by AB|Jones is a great looking map set on a Foosball table (tabletop soccer).
The map is smallish with the Foosball playing area (complete with two teams of players) and a lower area to give an alternate route to the other teams safebag. The map includes some custom sounds. The map looks great and is fun to play.
***Update 22st Nov*** AB|Jones has updated the map and the new version of the map can be downloaded from here.
There will be more versions coming for death match, Hitmen and CTF.
As you probably know we are trying to have the best Kingpin file archive ever put together here at Kingpin.info.
As part of that goal Fredz found the Kingpin Acebot, and the sourcecode for it, and has uploaded them to our Kingpin Bots download section.

Just follow instructions in the readme.
But remember the best way to play against bots is to jump on the Luschen Botmatch server. You might be lucky and [M] might come and join you for a few maps :)
